appointment cancellation or rebooking need to be done at least 48hrs before appointment, otherwise deposits will be lost and need to be repaid before re booking. if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled before 48hrs only half the deposit is returned. half of the deposit is non refundable once appointment is booked, if cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs of appointment full deposit is lost. i understand different circumstances happen and this will be taken in to consideration.
No show clients will be charged 100% of there total service if no contact is made.
Clients that have not paid a deposit and cancel within 48hrs of their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. If rescheduling appointments within 48hrs can also lead to a cancellation fee.
As I’m an appointment only business, if you cancel late notice it is hard to fill spots and I only get paid if I’m working. Please respect my time and I will always respect and help you with anything you need. Thank you
